LIMITING THE NUMBER OF GUESTS USING FACILITIES

We will limit the number of people using shared facilities such as hot spring, breakfast area and elevators.

Our Onsen / hot spring is only available for private use, booking sheet is at reception.

TEMPERATURE MEASURING & HAND SANITISATION

When entering the hotel there is a temperature check and we ask that you sanitise your hands. 

IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION AT CHECK-IN

All guests will be required to show proof of identification and address at time of check-in. Please bring your ID such as a driver's license or residence card. 

HEALTH CHECK DURING YOUR STAY

While staying with us, please contact reception immediately if you begin to experience symptoms such as fever, cough or difficulty breathing. 

WEAR A MASK DURING YOUR STAY

In consideration of your health and safety as well as public health, our customer service staff will wear masks. We also ask our customers to cooperate in wearing masks in public spaces during their stay at the hotel.

ALCOHOL DISINFECTION THROUGHOUT HOTEL FACILITIES

Hand sanitiser is available throughout the hotel we ask that you use them accordingly.

REGULAR DISINFECTION DURING CLEANING

As another measure to ensure your health and safety while staying with us, our Housekeeping and cleaning staff will be using alcohol to disinfect areas of the hotel that customers often touch, such as doorknobs, doors, buttons in elevators, and doors of restrooms.

IMPLEMENTATION OF REGULAR VENTILATION

We open the doors and windows of the common spaces to ventilate regularly. We also ask that you ventilate your rooms by opening windows.
